Clayton W. L. Mwaka

is a chartered accountant, organizational consultant, motivational speaker, author and an entrepreneur. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, developing capacity in people (and especially leaders) and organizations, and transforming people through paradigm shifts, win-win mindset, and knowledge sharing. Clayton and his family have business interests in consulting and education sector. Clayton studied commerce, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and is a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda (CPAU). Clayton also holds a M.Sc. Degree (Professional Accounting) of the University of London, and a Master of Entrepreneurship degree of Anaheim University, California, USA. Additionally, he is a Certified Business Mentor under The Prince’s Youth Business International (YBI) global network – a program that is promoting entrepreneurship globally. He has approximately 28 years (including ten years of expatriate assignment) of work  and business administration experience. His work has taken him to various companies and groups in several sectors of the economy locally and internationally.
